Adoption Spotlight: Jackie

Jackie

You may have seen Jackie recently on PIX 11! This sweet, approximately three-year-old pit bull mix came to AC&C after police rescued her from the Jackie Robinson Parkway. She's a great, mellow girl in need of a great family.

"It seems like Jackie's already had quite the journey," an AC&C volunteer notes. "It's time for this gentle, resilient and loving mama to settle down into the forever home she deserves!"

If you're interesting in adopting this sweetie, visit AC&C's Brooklyn Care Center at 2336 Linden Boulevard or email adoption@nycacc.org with her A#: A1007734.

All AC&C adoptions include vaccinations, spay/neuter, a pre-registered microchip, an identification tag, a collar, and a certificate for a free initial exam at a participating veterinarian.

You can view pictures of other great AC&C animals looking for placement on our Adoption Search page. Not looking to adopt right now, but able to temporarily care for animals in need? Join our foster team!
