ACC is partnering with the Petco Foundation for a "Love Changes Everything" adoption event this weekend, and MUTTS' creator Patrick McDonnell will be there! Come by Petco Turtle Bay (991 2nd Ave.) this Saturday, 2 to 4 pm, to meet adorable animals available for adoption and, for a $10 minimum donation, receive a reusable MUTTS-themed shopping bag autographed by McDonnell. See ACC's adoption events schedule »

In the park, "our green-eyed gentleman, he with the adorable, floppy jowls, sits without being asked, takes his treats politely, and indulges me in a photoshoot replete, of course, with a yawn or two," writes an ACC volunteer. "And as we stop in front of his kennel, he suddenly hops up, giving me an unexpected hug."

Promote public adoption of animals at all ACC adoption locations or events. Provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service to potential customers through adoption counseling, answering questions, and assisting with animal interactions and paperwork. Check out our Careers page for details on this and other job openings at ACC.
