Happy Tail: Tribbele, now Belle Last November, sweet Tribbele arrived at AC&C as a stray, underweight and lactating. Just over a month later, and right before Christmas, she found new guardians. New Adoption Hours! As part of our efforts to increase adoptions, we've extended our adoption hours (previously 12-7pm daily). Our new hours began on Sunday, March 1 at all Care Centers. We're now open from 12pm to 8pm Monday through Friday, and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. If you haven't already, come on by to meet your new best friend!

January Statistics Like many shelters across the U.S., AC&C has started tracking its progress in saving the lives of all healthy and treatable animals by measuring its "live release rate." In 2014, AC&C achieved a live release rate (LRR) of 80.7% for cats and dogs.
In January, our LRR for cats and dogs was 88.8%.
We had 463 adoptions and 932 New Hope placements. For more details, visit our statistics page. Statistics for each month are available online toward the end of the following month.
