 Thank you, Petco Foundation!
Last week we announced we'd been awarded a $50,000 grant from the Petco Foundation to fund a vehicle to aid in animal placement efforts. Since its recent launch in February, the vehicle has transported an estimated 150 cats and dogs from AC&C shelters to volunteer foster homes, where the animals can get ready for adoption.  Happy Tail: Pop!
Adorable Pop arrived at AC&C in March of 2014, surrendered by his owner. But he wasn't without a home for long! This past St. Patrick's Day, Pop and his adopter Michael celebrated their first year together. "He's just a wonderful happy carefree dog," Michael says. Learn more »
