Waived adoption fees for large dogs and adult cats! $25 adoption fee for kittens. Does not include $8.50 - $34 NYC dog licensing fee. Unaltered animals may require a $150 spay/neuter deposit.
Shelter Scholar – A title given to shelter dogs actively engaged in training and enrichment programs to develop skills that help manage and improve their behavior. Through positive reinforcement, stress-reducing activities, and structured enrichment, our Shelter Scholars learn to regulate their emotions and build confidence—setting them up for success while equipping their future adopters or fosters with the tools to continue their growth.
Be a shelter pet's lucky charm and foster a boroughbred! A 90-minute orientation is all it takes to change a homeless pet’s life. Anyone 18+ can foster, and all supplies are provided!
